Kelly Clarkson is an American artist and singer. She became the nation's sweetheart following her win of the American Idol title in the first season of the show. She was not only launched into fame by winning however, she also signed an agreement to record multiple albums with RCA Records 19 Recordings & "S Records. In the years since, she's made several studio albums. Three of which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart while the other albums narrowly missed the coveted spot. She's among the most popular performers to emerge of American Idol. In the course of her career it was evident that she experimented with different themes and styles of music. Often co-writing songs to express her feelings. The uniqueness of her voice and singing talent earned her praise from critics, as well as several important award. One of her most memorable achievements was that she received 3 Grammy awards. Apart from her singing professional career, she has worked in film and TV. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is a story for children that she wrote for her own daughter.
