Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny in 1950 on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. She gained prominence between the late 1970s to early 1980s by playing in several television programs, which usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild began her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was the CBS daytime soap from 1973 until 1977. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas in the role of being the very first actor to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama). The following year, she co-starred on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 to the year 1986. Fairchild is also a performer in theatre and has played on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she won an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series.
