
Lowell started acting when she played the lead role in Dangerously Close. She then was a part-time actress in the show's Club Paradise's Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. Then she moved on to roles that included co-starring as Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond film Licence to Kill (1989) as well, beginning in 1996 as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross for two seasons on the television drama Law & Order, a character she reprised on the show in 2005 as a guest star in the spinoff series, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and later on in the original series in 2022, when it was relaunched to a 21st season. In the immediate time before landing the role she was unhappy with her acting career . She was considering a degree in documentary filmmaking at New York University. [4] She paused her acting in the middle of the 2000s. In 2012, Lowell lent her likeness as well as voice, while reprising her Licence to Kill role in the video game 007 Legends. The year 2018 saw her return to television, where she was a guest on Blue Bloods. [7][8] Personal life Lowell was married three times. John Stember was her first husband. She was married to him between 1984 and 1988. [9][10] From 1989 until 1995, she was married to actor Griffin Dunne. She has a daughter, Hannah.
